How Gift Certificates Work:

• Fill out the form above.

• I will send an invoice via email and a payment link via email through my Square account.

• If you do not receive the payment link, please check your spam folder as the Square email sometimes gets sent there. If you still do not see it, please contact me.

• Once payment is made, I will send you a PDF gift certificate form. They do not have to bring it in, just give their name and say they are using their gift card money.
